Please use the Self Service Password Reset (you must be already registered to the service using the AUB Password Registration Self-Service Portal) or visit the nearest IT support at AUB with your ID.

For Alumni:

Please scan your identification card (Passport or Lebanese ID) and email it with your former student ID number to it.helpdesk@aub.edu.lb.
